The app is very slow at loading information and also never loads my account information.

Fundamental problem with it: You need Internet access to log in and see your card. You need to be able to see the card to gain lounge access where you can get Wifi to log in. Card need to ALWAYS be available offline or set up an agreement with lounges to allow users to use he Wifi before entry so they can get the card to enter. Adding insult if there is no Internet access it doesn't tell you that is the issue it just "stops unexpectedly". Telling the user what's wrong would be a good start
