Never has there been a case were it actually worked. so i just starting making appointments by phone but even that has a down fall. i take these buses almost everyday but latley the ppl who work there are really pissing me off. the last morning pickup appointment is at 9:00 i starting calling at 8:06 and no one ever answered. one person answered but then hung up. i was forced to walk a 1 hour 17 min walk to get to work.

either the app or the drivers randomly cancel your ride as they approach your area.

they always cancelling the rides. never show up on time, but when u try to ask for a little more time they leave

Mostly works, but why does it let you schedule a ride of the bus isn't running? That's pretty messed up when people rely on you to get to work.

what's the point of "Start Now" when you gonna cancel the ride?????? Take that off and only have scheduled. That is more reasonable.
