Some buses seem to be missing there tracking devices, other than that it's good, however it would be nice if cleaning them was a thing.

I've downgraded from 5 to 2 stars. The app could be great, but on my Android phone it keeps deleting saved routes---very annoying. This is an app bug that they don't get fixed, and, like usual, no one seems to care. Their customer service apparently isn't for customers, and isn't a service. Stranger, since the app is made " especially for Android," and this problem is commonly reported. Nevertheless, the app does what it says, and is a time saver.

It made it very easy to tell where the bus you needed acually was on the map provided. It was handy to know if you had missed a bus or if it was just a few miniuts late

Great app for using the bus and tracking when it will be there as well as where you need or want to go.

Notifications are broken, and a lot of times, it will pause the bus at a stop, then snap it forward upwards of 10 miles to correct the buses position. I've almost missed my bus a few times because of it

I like the idea of this app, but it rarely is beneficial. If the drivers don't switch their numbers then it shows the wrong bus and routes. I haven't ever had the alarm for the stops work. overall it isn't any better than Google maps. In fact I use Google maps more than this app. Great concept but nothing too special, the only thing I like about it is knowing approximately how far away the bus is from the stop.
