This is a good app to keep track of where buses are on their routes, helping make sure you don't miss your bus or informing you where your bus is if it's running late. It's a basic app overall, being just bus icons put on a map. Sometimes it doesn't work (including if your Wi-Fi/data isn't working) and doesn't ever give an explanation, and I wish there was an in-app link to the GB Metro website and a way to learn more about the actual hours of operations within the app.

While the app works, I've found that many times, the supposed real time tracking is out of sync. Usually closing and rebooting the app will work. It could do with a manual refresh button and refreshing when a stop is selected. I want to rate this app higher but can't so long as there's bugs that render it essentially useless when it's needed the most.

Now that the majority of the east sode routes have changed. When going under the individual routes, it doesn't supply the time to expect the bus at that stop. Before the route changes, I knew exactly what time to be out there for. Now I don't know what time or even which route to take. It's very frustrating for someone who depends on the bus for not only myself but my children.

While the app works to locate buses. There needs to be a way to see whether a bus passes near work, school or other locations. As well as pinpointing buses more accurately including delays.

The map continued to move north without user interface. Was able to center on current location only once. Then the map continued to drift north. I was unable to recenter the map.

I like the live location/data but I wish there was a trip planner or a better method to figure out which route to take for other places, I'm not from around here so it's incredibly difficult for me without calling to bother someone.
