I have been using this alarm for years but since i got a new phone 2 years ago it stopped functioning. I now got another phone and the issue remains. There is obviously a compatibility problem with the newer versions of Android. Either update the app or remove it from the store, Selling an alarm clock that doesn't ring is pointless.

Ive been using this app for may years and it has been invaluable in a life of constant travel, having an elengant clock and dependable wake alarms in all hotel rooms.

It was an excellent alarm, I even purchased it, but since Android was updated (for me, April), the alarm is no longer functioning. Alarms can be set but they don't alarm! Please fix!

Have to admit big dissappointment , that this app does not work on android 10 and after many years of a paid app doubletwist not updating, but they do seem to support their media player... oh well im uninstalling the rest of their apps that i have been supporting

If you are on Android 9 or lower, this alarm clock app is amazing and worth a 5-star review. It's been my daily go-to for years. However, under Android 10, the app simply does not work. It will open, and you can set alarms. Oddly, the icons inside the app no longer show up. When an alarm is supposed to go off, a notification does appear in the notification area that an alarm is ringing, but no sounds appear and the screen doesn't activate to allow you dismiss/snooze alarm. I've reached out to the developer and have not heard anything back yet. Reading through the reviews, I've seen others have reached out without success at this point. Should the app be updated for Android 10, I will come back and revise my score.

Worked great until android 10. Devs need to update it or the alarm never actually sounds anymore when set.
