As someone with anxiety I can say this app has helped instil healthy habits into my daily routine. I have now made meditation a part of my daily routine and have seen emence benefits! Better focus and less anxiety over all. I love the addition of essential oils into the practice. Very cool! Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their mental well being.

What is the difference between "a little" and "a bit"? In my book, for what that's worth, it means the same thing. Where is the biofeedback metrics? How do you compare your first session to subsequent sessions? The app isn't always user friendly. There aren't very many meditation offers. Is there an option to pay by the month? Not yet? In the one sentence, 'it's' is spelled wrong. It should be 'it's' not 'its.' And this sentence is on the Dashboard every time you open it I presume.

I have loved this app so far. I like that the meditations are 3-45 minutes so I can fit short ones in during the day when I'm overwhelmed. I also love the stress tracking and voice recorded journal entries. I highly recommend this app!

Beautiful app 😍 Really like the tracking aspect for journal entries that are neatly organized into a calendar. The prompts are really helpful and being able to add a voice entry is a nice touch.
