Good experience, this app is beneficial for passenger no waiting charges included in this, the fare what you had seen while booking car, same amount you have to pay after arriving your destination same price, while you had wait in signals. No extra charges applied in othe App they add extra charges for waiting. Please try it BUT the driver's doesn't accept our request early and I have to wait alot.

I would prefer to use Badargo instead of the bigger rival to support new startups and prevent monopoly of one taxi app but sadly very poor app. very slow to start up, cancelling a ride takes ages and actual times when the driver should reach are no where near reality.

While loading wallet, the fee should not be taken. Also There should be provision to book someone else. - while adding the stop over, the fare will be higher.better finish the trip in 1st stop and rebook again.

Less drivers, and manyatimes the drivers confirmed the trip and while waiting all of sudden they cancelled trip. It is very annoying and uncomfortable for customers. Worst case is wasting our valuable time. That's not the the Taxi App drivers should do. Management of this App must stop this practice by their drivers and give best experience to the customers and get confidence in the public. Thanks

Every time you try to book with them, the drivers start roaming around taking more than 5 minutes to reach while heading in a different direction then cancelling or waiting for u to cancell which shows a very negative impact to the company or app. Shows how drivers can be so rude and do such uncouth habit. And this happened to me like 8 times i tried to book each time. Very poor service

the price is good. only if you had the chance to get a driver.. which you almost never get unless you book comfort. also, the driver accepted and finished the ride without even showing, and i hot charged for it. will change my rate when i ll see emprovement.
