There customer service very weak. If you facing problem for anything the will not give service. Last 2 days before 1 customer doesn't pay the money that's why I complain them. But still they don't give any answer and don't give my money also. Another issues this app if you facing traffic issue or road problem or customer waiting for any work money not increased. This is totally lost for driver. Like when customer book badr that time how much showing this money will be come till drop off time.

It's automatically getting offline and the notification of ride is not coming on the screen. The accepting time is too short whenever we're opening the app and accepting the ride, time finish. Also the update should be schedule weekly or after days not twice or trice in a day.

It's automatic offline and also notification not showing on screen excepting timing very short and every day asking for updating also fix amount for rider even traffic this is not like Uber
