New app is total useless. Time is not accurate. I missed bus many time following the timing showed in the app. App should show bus timing like earlier .ie the remaining time to reach particular bus stop.

its not accurate it tells me the bus is at 7:05 but it either ends up being before it or I have to wait 30-35 minutes after for it to show up please fix this.

Hardly ever works. List of possible destinations doesn't include common places, or have flexibility if you don't enter the name exactly as they want it. They should trash this and just let Google Maps do its thing, as in Dubai.

Busses are live on the app but the bus is not coming for 1hr... called costumer service "sir check on darb if its live it will come ". You tell him again that its live and no bus. You ask is is there any change in the bus, the agent saying becouse of Covid some busses are canceled.. Man I know that already just let me know if there is any change now TODAY, he again check the app. For God's sake I will not spend my credits to call u if your app is up to date! Completely disappointed 😞
