This app seems fairly useless on Pixel 7. First, it often fails to open, hanging on a green screen for a long time, have to kill app severa times. Then, the app keeps saying "install the app for full features". I'm literally in the app being told to install the app. When you try to schedule a pickup it just opens in a separate browser. Need to contact the driver? The app on my phone says "need to install on a phone to call.". Useless.

We used Welcome Pickups for multiple trips in Spain and Malta with absolutely no issues. The drivers were always waiting for us. I loved that a driver was assigned to us far in advance (at least 24h), which allowed plenty of time for communication and coordination. My only suggestion would be adding the ability to tip via the app. You have to have cash if you want to tip, which we did not on our arrival from the US

The cancellation policy is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I used this application to arrange for pickup in Dubai to head to the airport. I cancelled my transfer 10 minutes after the "24 hour window" and they refuse to budge. How can you POSSIBLY charge someone for services not rendered, ESPECIALLY one with such advanced notice. Do NOT use this, the price isn't even competitive.

I used this service through the app for the first time for late night airport transport in my travel in Vienna. I was very happy. The app was convenient to use and keep in touch with the assigned driver. The flight was late, the app/driver kept track of the delay, was on time, helpful, courteous, waiting with my name sign, no problem finding him. He spoke English, which was great since I unfortunately did not speak German. I will use Welcome again in my future international travels.

No time sensitive customer support - The app works in a 'perfect' world when you don't have problems travelling. However, sometimes 'life' happens, and when you're stranded in the middle of an airport in a foreign country where you don't speak the language, because the driver left before the final pickup time even though you were communicating about issues with the airline and luggage, expecting your user to submit an online request and 'we'll get back to you in 5 hours' is completely asinine.

The app was good but the driver we had was excellent. Worth using even just to have trust in a great driver. We were in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and needed transfer back to the airport. Francis picked us up and he spoke English, was professional and very hospitable. I wish I would have used this service on our way in as well, and will be sure to use it in the future.
