“Totò e Peppino” es un local de dos plantas, un sotano montado como comedor tradicional y una entreplanta donde, de entre las numerosas plantas y lamparillas aparece, majestuosa y verdadera la estructura del “forno della pizza”, un horno de leña como tiene que ser, con una piedra especial para soportar temperaturas tremendas. “Il forno deve diventare bianco” para hacer la verdadera pizza napolitana STG. Pero no solo hay pizza, en la tratoria se pueden degustar, entre otros, paltos tipicos de la Campania como “Pasta e Fagioli”, il “Sautè di cozze”, la “Mozzarella di Bufala”, la “Burrata”, regados con vinos del lugar como “Falanghina”, “Fiano di Avellino”, y el “Lacrima Cristi” mencionado en la obra teatral de Josè Zorilla “Don Juan Tenorio”.
Pero “Totò e Peppino” no ha quierido olvidarse de otras regiones italianas y los clientes pueden saborear platos como “Spaghetti alle Vongole”, “Ravioli” y la conocida “Tagliatelle alla Bolognese”, platos de carne come le “Scaloppine” y el “Carpaccio” o el “Vitello Tonnato” y los vinos como el “Barbera”, el “Barolo” y el “Chianti” presentado en su frasquita de paja y las mesas preparadas sempre con los “Grissini”.
Al final unos postres como el “Babà”, la “Cassata”, el “Cannolo” y el conocido “Tiramisù”, y el “caffè espresso”, el “Cappuccino” y no nos olvidemos de la “Grappa” los “Amari” y sobre todo del “Limoncello”.
