The food is amazing. They take safety measures and inform us about it too.they even call and confirm the order from us. Although they infomed me that i will get my delivery in 30min but unfortunately I received after an hour. It would be glad if u could speed the delivery process.

The App is good, Easy to use, but I have complaints about food, It was okay in Quality but the problem was with Quantity. I ordered two rice bowls and they were mostly filled with rice, the gravy item was almost negligible. How do food chains expect people to eat rice without enough gravy. I have eaten from same restaurant in other place so i know the amount was not at all enough.

Apps look nice so far. It supports only Cloud Kitchen. It should have more usage of Sure points as coupon discount is more than Sure points discount. Sure points doesn't makes sense. Some more innovative way require for usage of Sure points. Also refferal system must start having more engaging friends list and competitive task games is must.

Am never gonna order back with this..sometimes issues are understandable..but not being able to assist the customer is the sick part.. We are paying and being patient even..! I ordered and it was delayed for 1.5hrs and the executive didnt give the right assistance on chat support and the rider literally hung the call while i was talking to him in good terms..

Worst ever online food site. I am not at all recommending this. Just installed 2 hr back. Ordered my first order at 08.30 pm. Till now (10 pm) I didn't received my food. Simply customer executive saying we will refund money and food will as its own pace. I strongly recommend this not to use and I am gonna raise customer complaint on this.

I love the food but the problem is that yesterday when I tried to order through the app it wasn't moving ahead of the checkout window...it only showed me the things I ordered in the checkout section and to write any instructions...but no option to proceed for payment or etc. So I had to order from the restaurant website..please fix this bug
