Al final del proceso del pedido dicen que si la entrega toma más de 65 minutos no se paga el recargo y cuando confirman el pedido a través de whatsapp garantizan un tiempo supuesto de entrega. No sucede ni lo uno ni lo otro. Las últimas dos veces los pedidos que hizo mi esposo se demoraron uno, dos horas y el otro, hora y media y lo peor es que ni siquiera llegó lo que habíamos solicitado. Para rematar, cuando hago la observación a través de whatsapp me responden "no somos empresa de mensajería"
