I redeemed 500 points for a $5 amazon gift card. When I applied it to my account, it said it was "locked" I talked to Amazon customer support and they said it used to have $5 on it, but was used by a different account, so now it had $0.00 on it. I tried to email Nap Mogul customer support, and the email wouldnt send because they provided a fake email on the app and on here. So you CAN NOT get ahold of customer service and the gift cards are USED CARDS. THIS APP IS COMPLETELY FAKE!!

ive had nothing but problems recieving my amazon gift codes i finally recieved my first 2 $5 amazon codes after a month of emailing with support my latest gift code redemption i was given a used code so am unable to redeem it. Its been a week of me sending emails with screenshots showing the issue there has been no reply from support. So im letting all who read this know not to expect gift codes or support. They just want your personal info to make money not going to pay you or talk to you 👎👎

I tried to "redeem" points to Amazon. When I got the code they gave me input on Amazon I got a notice that the code these sucker-punching fraudulent people gave me a code that has already been redeemed. If I could rate these Monday, mosquito, loving cockroaches a zero I would.
