The app is horrible. Service at the airport is ridiculus. We arrive to Palermo and we have been told that we could pay the bill with our debit card (like most of the companies) they hold us the money from the credit card and then in Catania they didn't give us the option to pay with Debit Card no reasons no answers AWFULL customer service AWFULL. They guy was unfriendly and seems to be annoyed by everyone. Why people that do not like people spend time in Customer Service? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst renal car ever.. They charging you extra amount without any reason. Not recommend at all..

I see a lot of negative comments. I am sorry if you have bern unluky. I used this company once and they were fantastic. I had to wait a while in the airport, but it was everything explained clearly and they gave me the car i wanted and it was impeccable.

the wrost company ever!! they charged me multiple fines with more than 300 euro after one year and half of returning my car!!. becareful!

Just booking cars like on webpage, useless app. No vouchers, no pre-checkin, no map to the office, basically nothing
