HOW DOES IT WORK?
Request a consultation – open the Dokita Patient app and request a consult, provide your medical reason for the visit, pay for the consult, see your doctor.
Talk to a doctor – Within minutes, a licensed doctor will review your chief compliment for the current visit, along with a review of your medical history. You can select your consultation type – via video, phone, chat, text/sms or email. Our 3-way conference feature allows instant referral specialist or family member to join your consultation, to assist in the consult or provide additional medical opinion.
Prescriptions – During and after your consult, your visiting doctor will answer your questions and recommend next steps as part of your assessment and plan. And if medically necessary, a prescription can be electronically sent to your pharmacy of your choice.
