This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Doki (US) on PC Windows and Mac.

I'm having a fairly bad experience with this product as a whole. The application has bugs and connection issues. It often copies your password into the phone number field at login and doesnt actually log into the app. Then says it can't find the network try again. When in the app, chaning information does not always save. The interface is clunky at best and infuriating at it's worst. It took 3 uninstalls and a dozen attampts to register the watch. Would not reccomend this product line to anyone.

Says it works with AT&T. Spent 3 hours with customer service and they couldn't activate the device. So I activated the DOKI sim and it hasn't worked for over 3 days. Haven't even had it a week yet. Can't speak to anyone for help. Only email which takes them almost a week to respond. Such a waste of money

Can't connect to server, can't register new user, no idea what's going on because there's no error messages... frustrating after spending $170 on a watch that won't connect to the app and their SIM card is data only which means voice calls only...
