I had been using this app for several months without an issue. Now this morning I tried to go on to schedule daycare and it keeps wanting me to schedule a meet and greet. The app would not let me go any further even though both my dogs had their meet and greet at the beginning. I finally deleted the app and reinstalled it. Up to this point I have not had any problems with it. After I reinstalled the app, it continued to act up. Still won't let me see my dogs profiles or anything else.

Great when it works, otherwise.... To start, signing up to get a meet and greet requires a user name and password which no one wants to have to do. Why can't you just request and make an account later? Then when you do pass the meet and greet, it says you are not part of a family, gives you an access denied error, or says to reset your password but you have to know your first password to reset it. Finally, sometimes you get a blank orange screen. App customer service not very helpful...

This app is having problems again,had to remove it. Now the dogtopia app will not even dowload from playstore. It just keeps stating "pending" over and over.

Unusable since last update. My account was completely deleted. Created a new one account but needed to get approved by my location again. Fine. Get a notification FROM THE APP saying they had approved my account but when I open the app it says my account is pending per approval from my location. I can't do anything, not schedule an appointment it watch the dog cam.

Great app, but would really love to track my balance of full days / half days. We prepay for 10 days at once, and sometimes load up again during promotions. It would be helpful to know that we have, say, 15 full days and 3 half days unused.
