App is easy to use and navigate. Able to get diagnosis and medication from the comfort of your own home. My suggestion would be to include a messaging feature after the video call has ended for a time frame of 3-5mins and a call back function. This would allow patients to ask any follow up enquires that they might have forgotten or missed out on.

So disappointing. I was able to successfully book an online consulation but was not able to log in to the app 30mins before my appointment. Tried to do password reset for N times but still failed until my appointment had already expired.

Waited for long time but no otp is received. First of all the basic format info is not provided for entering Phone number. Two blanks are given with no validation and both blanks can take n numbers of digits. Please clarify which format you want to input cell number. +63 92******** Or 063 92******* Or 092 ****** How come will user know. Either have prefilled dummy data for reference.

Just download this app today and tried to register my maxicare card details. It says that I need to put mobile no but there is no way to put the cp no 🙄 as per your response, I need to put the CP no in my INFO, and I did it says that 6 digit PIN has been sent as an OTP, but apparently I haven't got any, I tried it 3x.

Not 24 hrs as advertised. Only managed to get a doctor in the daytime. Medicine delivery was not handed to me personally. Only left at my gate with no notification. Payment is required before a doctor is found(or not) for you.

Getting a virtual consultation with the doctor and the meds being delivered in less than 3 hours without me having left the house during this pandemic is very helpful! The app is easy to use and there are more consultation types that's we can use.
