I needed a simple quick consult for a prescription and this app was the perfect solution. I waited about 10 minutes for a consult and my prescription was sent to chemist straight away. And when it turned out that the email address for the chemist was wrong on their website I got a very quick response from the app customer service and it was resent to the correct email.
