I am a long time gold subscriber. In the first 2 years, I barely needed it, it was just few consultations here and there. After first year they convinced to keep the subscription and I did just as a added value and not because I needed it. Then came the pandemic, time when you actually need it. The service quality fell faster than a meteorite. It was hard to get hold of doctors, customer service evaporated, they practically stopped responding. Keep far away from Gold. Rely on local doctor

Pathetic service! Stay away from this app, placed lab test and paid upfront on 22nd Feb 2021, even after 3 weeks they failed to load my report in the app. After 2 weeks of multiple follow up over the phone and chat support, they committed to process my refund. It's almost 2 weeks, still I am waiting for my refund to be credited. No accountability, no intention to service the customer! ID - 9066140

I have been using DocsApp for a couple of years now, have gold membership and hence can tell from my experience that No one should waste their time and effort on this useless app or any of the services it promises. When you schedule your appointment with a doctor he will call you and disconnect before you could pick up. Schedule a lab test and days after that their assigned person will call you at odd time and disconnect. It will be wise to explore other options. DocsApp should be sued.

I am on DocsApp for almost a year now, but used it very sparingly. And I had a first-hand experience of their medicines/pharmacy service today (20 May 2021). I placed my pharmacy request immediately after my consultation yesterday (19 May 2021). I was told after almost a day that they usually deliver medicines 5-7 days after the consultation. They said that they find this an acceptable delay even for anti-allergic medication (when most other services deliver any medicines under 48 hours) but I wasn't provided any link to their customer documentation that mentions this SLA. They apparently take your order and take your full payment, and then leave you at the mercy of their pharmacy partners. There is no insight into the pharmacy partner's stock or whether they are equipped to fulfil the order. When I checked about the process for the refund, I was told that I have to call their pharmacy partner myself and cancel the order, and then receive the refund from DocsApp. As of now, I still can't even see on the app who the pharmacy partner is, let alone try to call them. So the alternative offered was that I wait for the pharmacy partner to call me and ask them to cancel my order and call DocsApp back to seek the refund. I would have been much better off ordering home delivery from my neighborhood pharmacy, instead of assuming that the "integrated" experience of consultation and pharmacy orders would be seamless and quick. It seems to be just a gimmick with no accountability or traceability. Note: I understand that we are in a pandemic. I sincerely hope that the people at DocsApp understand that they are claiming to run an essential service during the same pandemic. How can one have large banners across the app asking customers to renew their GOLD membership. but only have small and intentionally vague footnotes about medicine delivery delay, and then claim a 7-day SLA when their listed pharmacy partners have a 48-hour SLA.

Worst app and service ever used. I took appointment for my family. They said doctor will call within 30 min but no one called me. I tried their helpline no but no response. I waited 3 hours then I have to visit another doctor on different app. Then their doctor called me 4 hours later. I said I don't require your service. Although he send a prescription without listening my problems. I wrote about it to their customer care for refund but no solution. I recommend everyone don't even try the app.

Not at all useful . 1. Got call after 3 hours instead of under 30min 2. Doctor cut the call in the middle in just 7min minutes ( they take payment for 30min ) 3. No one picking from customer care to resolve any of these issues . 4. No chat support or option to report the report the issue . 5. No rating system for doctors Learn something from practo, level of experience is completely difference . If you can't do something original atleast try to copy the same .
