With all the money that the mls collects from the online competitors they
should have them. Do a kick ass app that work smoothly.. Competitors like
Zillow Redfin Realtors. Com mls makes cash for their listing... We broker
should create one and breaker away from the mls...and not sell our liating
information to big online companies making big profits from our listings...

Been using this app for almost a year, it is wonderful! No issues with it, very useful, it's user friendly. As a real estate consultant, hasn't ever crashed on me or been unavailable, it's wonderful to have on the go... I do think with the cost of membership, I would expect a bit more in an app , but this is a nice little tool to have!

Does not work well at all. Very hard to use, does not allow you to narrow your search to Residential etc.

For some reason residential income is not working. I loved it before that feature stopped working.
