This application has nice features, but poor implementation. Very often the app refuses to connect even after multiple attempts. Other times it works flawlessly. It seems like the failed attempts are getting more frequent. I hope the developers can get this fixed soon, as this is an important adjunct to our alarm system.

So many features. The individual sensor management and notifications are amazing. They enable you to watch in real time or review a spot on date, time and sensor stamped path of travel for any body entering and moving through each door/room in your building including how long they were in each room. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST app and in my opinion ALARM SERVICE available on the planet. I have BAY ALARM in 2 of my homes and my commercial business and never had a glitch in the 5 years I've used them.

Poor quality. Never logs in quickly and generally takes too long to respond. This is not an app that should be slow, especially when there is an alarm activation. I expect more from Bay. They are a good company but their tech side is poorly put together. I have three four different systems and they use separate apps. So lame.

The app is "usable." On top of being super slow, the app with decide my system is not worthy of connection, and refuse to connect. The widget is useless because it requires all 4 slots to be filled, when the app only has 2-3 useful widgetable functions. Plus, the app has made the main panel freak out on a number of occasions, now.

I have the same challenges as others, sometimes the app works and other times it doesn't. Additionally, there are no notifications provide when the app is going through maintenance or scheduled outages.
