Hi There, Personally I liked the app design & the layout. I would like share my experience on this app which I guess will be fixed in the future. 01. SwiftKey Keyboard is not working properly in mobile No. input on the signup page but default key is working great. 02. I think this app has to be more secure, like app is always logged in after sign in. It should be asking for at-least a pin-code or something when I reopen the app, right? This is the most worst app that I have ever experienced . I did provide all required info for around 8 months ago,but still unverified .I contacted with call center, they told me that they will take care the issue at their earliest . But how funny , it is still unsolved ! I think they have come to the market for doing joke 😂 ! Isn't it ! Dmoney doesn't deserve even 1 star . This is not recommendable to any body. Keep fun continuously in this way with your customer as companies vision,mission !

Not transparent in terms of charges. Other similar apps will tell you if you have charges for adding fund from card but they say FREE FUND ADDING FROM CARD but in reality they take upto 3.5 % for that. Funny thing is - they used to tell you the charge but the recent update has made the charge HIDDEN. DISAPPOINTING! ( i am increasing the star from 1 to 3 as it seems they are trying to fix the issues).

Several time tried to sign up but can't finish the process. Whenever try to upload/capture NID card picture the camera stops autometically. In other apps i can capture/upload picture so it's a fault of your apps! Again when i have tried to input only NID card number to signup it's processing but not finished at all. Please give me a solution.

I really really did not like the cheap stunt pulled by Sohoz and Dmoney. I provided my mobile number and nid for folk fest 2019 registration and now got registered into the app. Now I came to know, there was a sentence mentioning that but come on, you know nobody will notice that almost invisible sentence. Really did not like this approach.

they take huge time in verification. I have submitted all the documents 5 days ago, still they haven't verified it or given any decision on the documents provided. As a new fintech platform dmoney should speed up the process, where bkash and other fintech platforms doing this verifications in minute
