UPDATE, June 30, 2021. I am very computer & tech savvy and I can safely say that viewing the live video feed of my camera is extremely unreliable with this app as has continued to be since December of 2020. I use it as a baby monitor and nearly every night (at some random point during the night) the screen freezes in place and audio cuts out. Do not buy this product and use it as a baby monitor. You'll only experience frustration. This product absolutely sucks. You have been warned.

App should have an option to QUICKLY view recorded video at a specified range of times of a date quickly, not just specified date only. Example, FROM 8:00-9:00 PM of a specified date, NOT ONLY a list of all recorded video for a specified date. It should have an additional filter for quickly checking the events of a specific time of the date. I believe the programmer can do that without any problems.

Can't access "cloud" stored videos using any other interface but the one they provide (which is limited) without writing code. No reasonable way to store videos yourself is offered. App UI looks and feels like it was made by my deranged uncle and that guy is trippin'. Insane defaults for every setting. They set up "automation" functionally and then forgot what the point was and didn't deliver. I bought these cameras on sale and now I'm trapped in the ecosystem... Get out while you still can!

DO. NOT. BUY. Cloud recording (NO LONGER WORKS) only saves for 1 day now with NO warning. Every clip now says expired and can not be viewed. That is NOT security. Now it says "Oops an error has occured." when trying to log in. Updated the camera firmware and now it doesnt work and wont reconnect to wifi. Useless. It never notified me that it was disconnected so I missed everything that happened after I updated it. If someone broke in, I would not have any footage.

It is very slow to open , it does not send information at the right time. People pass 30 seconds before the spotlight. I am using one of the powerful WiFi network yet this app does not make it possible for me to enjoy intruders. I regret buying these cameras with such app. Is waste of money and annoying, I have never enjoyed using it

My cameras repeatedly get dropped throughout the day on my phone. Your Web site on my computer only allows about three-minutes of viewing then dumps my view. Why is there no IPView Windows 10 program for the new cameras as I use for my D-Link older cameras? Your current applications for smartphones and computers suck when it comes to monitoring my cameras. Update 2021-06-27 My D-Link cameras and software still suck. I'll be looking for replacements that allow installation and monitoring on a PC
