I downloaded the app...submitted a request(at 10pm MST) and they called me right away and set me up with an appointment the next morning. Great experience.

Registration was easy the problem I have, my wife had a medical problem and we were recommended to use this service instead of the ER. We called waded through the multiple questions. Was told to hold for a representative. Remained on the line and No one ever came to the phone. The call was dropped. searched Google store found the app. Someone finally called. We registered spoke with a nurse and was told they had no appointments until 24 hrs later. It was a complete waste of time. Unhappy.

The app is fairly simple to use but the medical team has some issues. I signed up to be seen so I didnt have to bother 911 as I am an EMT myself and know their time is valuable. The symptoms I had were more akin to acid reflux than anything else, but the medical team at Dispatch Health wanted to tell me it was possibly aortic dissection or a heart attack, both of which probably would have killed me since the symptoms came on. DH is a complete waste of time.

I can not say enough good about this app it is not just an app it's all the people involved careing for you. Amazing care they spotted a drug interaction I was taking 2 scripts that were basically the same medicine it was supposed to help me breath but it was worst after they explained I got better , I couldn't go for an x-ray they got it to me . I love the doctors and nurses that I have met they are very kind and explain with a wonderful bedside manor.

Service was horrible. I had to spent hours on the phone trying to get answers to questions and 4 months after my visit they withdrew $45 from my bank without ever sending me a bill. I have healtg insurance my copay is less than that.
