Never download or use this apps. Despite the bad review i still give it a try.but first time upon booking it showed price of RM 7.95 for economy car to my destination. When the driver(taxi)arrived,he couldnt read my destination n my system also hanged.we discussed n continue the journey and decide to take 'my car' rate of RM 17.80 as a benchmark.but upon arriving at sudden the apps works n showed my destination n rate of RM 30.85..woww thats more expensive than Grab Car (RM 21.80). Stop cheating!

Wow... Look at all the bad reviews- unreliable, fares much more expensive than Grab, drivers ask to cancel when arrive and ask to deal with new price outside the app, etc... I was this close to giving it a try to support. I even installed the app. But the reviews stopped me.

Very long waiting time. I wanted to support and give it a try. But when I was at pavi around 2 am no drivers around. Requested up 7 time still no driver accepting. So I change my mind not to take big blue and order grab car instead. I'm really sorry for big blue there is alot more u need to understand regarding this booking is not really convenient.

Hang at opening. Tried to open the app, it hangs at the start. Restart, re-install, still the same issue. Will have to wait until it's fixed to try again.

Worst service ever. Took forever for the blue taxi to arrive. After arriving, the driver asked to cancel and said will take me to my destination with a new price which is rm50 more. Better to use Grab or MyCar. bloody waste of my time using this big blue app.

I installed this app.. upon registering completion, i did not receive otp like said to my email or mobile. Its troublesome and straightaway uninstall the app. Thank you
