Installed 12/12/23.This app is buggy. Constantly gives error "pet is no longer available or no wifi connection." Must leave app and start over. Also, it's not easy to find my account info (to change my zip code, etc.). Also the pet preferences should allow more than one choice in each category (i.e. should be able to choose kitten and young, vs. one or the other.) This app has become overly complicated with too much stuff.

Because of this app, I found my two adorable little girlies, Smokey and Cinnimini. They're older lady cats, but they were both so adorable that I couldn't resist. There were so many other cats on the app too! Now, I only browse just to see if any familiar faces remain from old searches, and for the most part, I see mostly new ones. It makes me happy to know these precious babies are finding homes because of this app. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to adopt.

used to be bearable to use, just sometimes logged me out in the past but the last 5 months using it? terrible. logs me out if I've had the app closed for more than an hour, freezes, shows every posting as "pet may no longer be available" after a period of time with the app open which I know is a glitch because if I shut the app completely and reenter, the same listings are fine. app is super slow, buggy, and a pain to use now.

Absolute garbage app. Won't import your saved searches from the website- or at least doesn't have an intuitive way to do so- and the location function flat out won't work unless you enable Google's "location services," which IS NOT GPS location. It's GPS location, PLUS Google tracking any wifi and cellular network you come in contact with to enhance their 24/7 precision tracking of your location and habits

I detest using this app, have for years, and it's never improved, only gotten worse. Searching is impossible: enter location, then enter what you're searching for & location disappears, then vice versa. Searches yield irrelevant results. It's heavily glitched and it's really a shame for homeless animals and rescue groups who really need a dependable and consistent finder app.

Working great now, still gets laggy from time to time using certain filters but still works pretty good. Wished there was a way for shelters to show if they are willing to ship/transport their animals, its a bummer to find an awesome animal but it's not within driving range and I dont want to waste people's time with inquiries if that's not an option.
