Tried the 7 day free trial and have yet to be able to contact an individual to cancel my subscription for the past month. No number noted anywhere. I've spoken with Direct TV as well, who also has no number for the NFL Sunday Ticket office. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this to anyone and will never again use this service, if I can ever get a hold of someone to cancel.

Using a brand new OnePlus 8T. Can't stream anything over cellular - neither LTE or 5G. Screen says, We're having problems playing this video. Please try again later. My old OnePlus 6T had zero issues - multiple games at the same time no problem. The app needs an update to keep up with the times. For the price, the customers need an app that stays updated with new devices.

I don't like that my son and I can't watch different games in the same house. My other TV providers allow multiple devices as long as we're on our established home network. For our mobile devices, we have to use our home network at least once a month to verify we are authorized. If this app continues to only allow one tv/device to stream at a time we're going to switch NFL providers.

You pay good money to watch football and now its averaging 5 to 6 games that are blacked out every week that's almost 1/3 of what's available EVERY week! Feel like we are being cheated! I only payed for this to watch my team and my team gets blacked out 50% of the time!

For 300$ the app is a waste of money. You can't watch replays of games. You can only log into one device at a time(I work and my wife watches at home and I want to watch at work). There are other ways to watch the games for way less money. I wish the NFL would cut ties with direct tv. 300$ down the drain for the most expensive app i have ever purchased.

Only way I can actually use my subscription and watch my team from out of market. Year after year this is the worst performing streaming app I use. This year's variety causes the cast option to zoom in on the TV randomly. A clear indicator of having a monopoly on the product (NFL football) and not having any real reason to manage and improve the service.
