Did not have any issue setting up the app or baseboards. The manuals are very clear and so far I haven't ran into any bugs with the app. In certain situations, the app is not intuitive, but the product does everything I want it to. Go in the with expectation that this is a heating company that makes an app (not a tech company that makes baseboard heaters) and you won't be disappointed. In my opinion, the negative reviews are not based in an actual issue with the product. I have no disclosures.

While it works fairly reliably for me, this app sucks. It's user interface is bad and non intuitive. It doesn't remember settings even though you have to log in to use it. The products are good but not the controls. A shame really because the work well. Even as we speak. I cannot find the installed app on my phone. I know its there cause I can open it from the play store, but I cannot find it on my phone!

Can't even log in. I activated my account and when I try to log in it says my account hasn't been approved by an administrator yet. This has been going on for 5 days.

no way to have temperature in Celsius , all my heaters temperature are in celsius, the remote, but the app only show Fahrenheit,

I couldn't figure out how to use this product. Its being returned. Dimplex: you need to spend more time on this and do some user acceptance testing. This product is awful.

Original posting February, 22, 2019 Frustrated trying to keep the phone and the hub paired. It takes hours to pair the heaters to the hub and then the app won't connect to the hub. Frustrated. Scanning for devices does not find my controller. Updated posting April 25, 2019 This is the best customer service I have received from any company in my life (NOT)...on February 22, 2019 I made this comment and today on April 25, some two (2) months later they reply by saying...please contact us if you need further assistance and we'll help you get connected. In the past two months I have figured it out...I took back the 2016 technology that was being sold locally and bought the latest version of the product from Costco. now it works and I figured it out all by myself.
