App crashes more times than an overworked old laptop. When it does, I'm unable to log in or contact the rider. Fortunately the riders are vigilant enough to know I'd arrived. I eventually have to uninstall and reinstall, then reset password just to finally log in. After which I call the worst and most arrogant support team to relay my concerns about an unaccounted completed trip. Can't reconcile my "earnings" with what's on the "wallet" cos they never match! V.Poor experience since I've used it

The app crashes 6 times out of 10... Very crappy app speacially after the update... Really embarrassing when you're with the customer and the app stops working.. On top of that on multiple occasions i was not able to drop off the customer through the app it self and ended up not reciving tips when customer wanted to tip... Don't even get those trips updated on the app so you don't even know if you got paid for those trips or not... Really bad customer/driver help service.

It's so bad when driving time and distance is predicted and probably pre-charge customers based on that. Lots of customers has one or two places to drop by to pick up stuffs and there's by increase the driving time and kilometers driven...driver loses in that case, I dont like that.

Customer 'note to driver' in 'mini-font' size, while other repetitive buttons are still unnecessarily large and screen-wide. Customer pick-up & destination 'font' size improved, thank you. 'Notes to diver' is also critical Please resize operational buttons to make space. When do we get access to Waze GPS please? City of Winnipeg paid Google $100,000 to upgrade for Winnipegers. I am tired of being lead to the back lane of pick-up points because Google Map has not been updated.
