They don't even deserve a 1 star. It's just a business built on scamming people. They charged me an extra 70 eur over the announced price, and their customer service never answere your calls. It's just a bunch of fraud, scams, and a lot of hidden fees. Stay away!

Never ever book you tickets with bravofly! If ther was a zero star, i would have clicked that! I had to call up the airlines and let the agency know how much they messed up my ticket. They had been assurin me all the time the mistake is nothing. I had to call the airlines and tell the agency that its not ok to change names!

Too bad experience I wish i could give not even a half star. I booked a flight from bravo fly, that costed me 1000$. They never told me about that luggage is not included and are charging me at airport. I paid 60€ for fareflex which was just waste. I am not able to change my flight date. They can do anything with dates but are not doing. I contacted etihad airways thay said that Bravo Fly is responsible for that. Overall it was such a disappointed experience, I will not book from bravo in future
