App is a pain in the ass. It requires you to sign in every time you open it, and doesn't show the changes you make unless you close and reopen it. Extremely limited capabilities: no history, no graphs, minimal alerts, no scheduling. For a piece of hardware that is highway robbery at over $1000, the app that goes along with it is hot garbage.

How do you even create an account. Just has log in screen. No option to create? So confusing.

Neither the Connextion system or the app are worthy of the Watkins/HotSpring name/reputation. The user can't set up notifications or change your password. The web portal does not even function. Over priced and not reliable. Save your money.
