About this app

Lord Ganesha has been one of the most popular and celebrated deities across the country. Also regarded as Vighneswara, lord Ganesha is perceived to be the remover of obstacles in life. Believing in the idea of 'Unity is Strength', the Bengaluru Mahanagara Ganesha Utsava Samithi has embarked upon a journey to instill a feeling of togetherness by bringing together various stakeholders to jointly work towards the betterment of society on the occasion of Samuhika Ganesha Utsava Celebrations here in Bengaluru.

The Bengaluru Mahanagara Ganesha Utsava Samithi was formed in the year 2013 with more than 1000 independent Ganesha Utsava Samithis from across the city of Bengaluru registered with it as members. The Samithi has been successfully organizing more than 17 Samuhika Ganesha Utsava Processions across Bengaluru in it's attempt to unify and streamline the Ganesha Utsava Celebrations in the city.
