I rate the app as 4, but the service you all provide supplying the sensor is horrible. They are doing the app greatness an I justice by not supplying its customers the product in time to even use the app. Yes, I'm a Dexcom G6 patient (was). They never send the sensors.

It could be improved by the use of ability to write notations in the application and also take pictures and included in the daily notes. I love another app called my sugar which relies on finger sticks to tell the app your blood sugar but doesn't have the continuous blood sugar monitoring ability. if Dexcom could utilize some of those aspects that would be great. Main reason why I use the Dexcom app is for my G6 sensor and being able to utilize my phone and a receiver to let me know what my blood sugar is doing at all times.

I cannot compare my tablet with my meter reader I went out and spent $300 and something for this tablet just to compare it with my reader and is not comparing I wanted to get options where I can look at my tablet to get how my blood glucose level is I have a G6 and a set of Samsung and an apple will be compared to connect with my reader but apparently not

unbelievable like all other reviews, I need an app that monitors my blood and can send it to followers on the follow app too. I do not need a tutorial manual on how to use the real useable app, which is what this is.. This is a disgrace! I don't understand what dexcom is thinking, but I think giving them a call or writing them every email in the world is necessary for them to make an app that works on all phones so it can save more peoples lives!! I wish I could write more, but the word limit..

Horrible having to carry around 2 devices, because Dexcom G6 isn'tcompatibleto Samsung or Fitbit. This is a medical device😡Please fix this problem.

Wow. Gotta wonder how some of y'all actually function on a day to day basis. It's a SIMULATOR. Of course it's not going to monitor YOUR glucose. 🤔🤣 The actual apps (g5 and g6) work for Android. If your phone isn't in the list of "supported" phones there's ways around that. You have to know how to work the Google searchy clicky thing though. So, not much confidence in that being a solution. 🙄 SMH it's right there in the name of the app AND the description. Sim-u-la-tor.
