This app is still a disgrace. I attempted to follow with a second device with the same email address because my new phone isn't on the 'compatible' list and now all high, low and urgent low alerts fail on my old 'compatible' device that used to work. The refresh time on the graph with the latest update is abysmal. This development team should be ashamed. How this app can be approved as a medical app is beyond me. Bring on Sugar Mate for Android.

The app does its job at a base level, but trying to set at watch up to follow the sensor it crazy hard. New phone and watch and still no go, this should be an easy set up but its a nightmare. I rely on my sons phone to send me a high or low notification to wake me up so I can fix the problem, but since the new update i don't get the notifications either on my watch or phone. Dexcom you need to put some more cash in to this app.

1. Not sized correctly for Android screen (S8 Galaxy) 2. Takes WAY too long to display readings/load data. 3. Often says signal loss when the phone is within an arms length of my son 4. Fails too alarm sometimes on LOW/URGENT LOW which is like playing chicken with my sons life... Surely there's a better app out there we can use other than this garbage???

A 33 billion dollar company can't make an app that works? I'll start with an alternative for Android users. Google 'Sugarmate', sign up and add it to your home screen. Even though it isn't in the Play store it works very similar to an app. An abundance of features and almost instant load time. Besides Dexcom's Follow app taking a ridiculous amount of time to load, sometimes urgent low notifications don't sound. Which of course is very dangerous and disgusts me that they haven't fixed the app.

Absolutely agree, only giving 1 star because there is no minus. I have this for my daughter, there is an extreme high risk with the failure of this product to perform and I will not take that chance with my daughter's life, we are going elsewhere! Parents BEWARE!!!

Takes forever to load, and I can't see graph since last app update. Works fine on my wife's iPhone.

• Monitor your loved one’s glucose activity at school or anywhere they go.
