The app has been claiming, for the past few days, that there's a "temporary issue" with the Dexcom server. I can't follow my children's blood-glucose level even though my phone model (Galaxy S10e) is formally supported.

2 major problems right now: first, the app keeps disconnecting all the time for no reason (and no notifications are heard, which is the main purpose of using it), to resume following I need to reopen the app and untill then the app is useless, and remember it might be a matter of life saving... And second, while changing the time span of the graph - time scale is not updated, which means I see wrong hours with the data. PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

i have been using it of quite some time. and it was fine with no continues updates. and now when i updated my device (note 9) to android pie, i don't get the regular notifications since the app is not supporting the pie version. so when are you going to update your app?, or maybe since it is not profitable app, you are in no hurry!!

Awful upgrade. It takes time to sync, every single time I open the app. It frequently pauses for no reason. The font can go crazy and get really big, for no reason. My husband's refused to connect for 3 days and can't see the main page . Awful.
