Was great until all of a sudden my txt grew overnight and is unreadable ... Its a simple up update so please get it done. We're paying big money for it so we expect it to at least look like it should on our phones. Signal drops when I'm next to it also. Please get it fixed!

How is this STILL not available to use with Samsung S20 phones? It's really frustrating, we can't use one of the main features (follow app) due to this and there has been no update for that for almost a whole year. Please UPDATE TO WORK WITH SAMSUNG S20.

Good app, but it would be really useful to have the ability to choose the units to see the glucose levels in, or at least have them show up as the ones set by the person with the connected sensor, not by the country. i.e. My app shows mmol/L, despite the fact that I am following my mum, who does not live in the UK and therefore used different units. It is very confusing and annoying to always have to convert them.

This is a wonderful app since anytime and anywhere you can see your beloved levels and tell them to snack on something or give a correction!!!

Really sad to see such a narrow compatability with Android phones. Had it working fine on my OnePlus and then suddenly it stopped working after an update of the app. My wife is pregnant and need the extra support and watching eye that I could provide with the follow app. Now I have to get a specific phone to see her values, something any webbrowser should be able to provide me with considering they are on a server, hence should not be that hard to make compatible with basically any device.

Always drops to no data even when your on WiFi, sat right next to the main app and the transmitter. So frustrating

Use this app if your loved one is sharing data from their Dexcom CGM app. The Sharer will need to send an invitation to allow you to connect after you have installed the Follow app.

With Dexcom Follow, you can:
• Monitor your loved one’s glucose activity at school or anywhere they go.
• Receive glucose information of up to 10 different Sharers – children, friends, or other loved ones.
• Respond quickly with the help of customizable glucose alerts and push notifications that can inform you when a Sharer’s glucose levels are outside the usual ranges.
