Not compatible with my new phone. I'll update my review when you update your app. Edit: Good for monitoring CGM (obviously). Can add info if you're eating/exercising/giving insulin etc. I'm keeping the 1 star because suddenly my device isn't compatible again... Also, it would be nice if you could screenshot a day you're proud of to share with friends.

Have been using this for a long time with no issue and now today all of a sudden the app won't open saying that it is not compatible with my phone. I haven't updated my phone recently or anything so wondering why its suddenly stopped???

Was working great next minute my device isn't compatible?? Start updating the app to suit other devices not just old phones. Not good enough and very disappointed. It has helped me get my HBA1C down and done great things but now I have a bunch of stock I can't use which is very frustrating.

App compatible with my phone however when I log in I get an error "the username you entered is not linked to a Dexcom account". Have tried different android phones, same error. Dexcom g5 is now useless!

Decent enough app. If you're wondering why this suddenly needs location data I think I might know. It seems that Android needs location data to use bluetooth for some reason. This is a simple explanation and it's pretty poor of Dexcom to just suddenly demand even more of my data without the slightest explanation as to why they need it. I looked through their website, their FAQ and I even downloaded their stupid manual and they don't address this anywhere.

Great when it worked. All of a sudden just stopped working with my phone saying that my Pixel 4 is incompatible with the app. Please fix!
