The latest update has been awful. They need to test things before they release them because this update has left a lot of people without the ability to use the expensive sensors they rely on for diabetes management.

Where to start. First of all, this app slows down your mobile device like crazy. I've had multiple instances where my phone would just completly stop working. I had to force shut down and then restart. And no its not the phone. I uninstalled this app and my phone worked amazing. Another major issue is that you can't start the application unless you have acess to wifi or data. This is bad because when i needed to input my blood sugar at practice, I wasn't able to.

Very limited capabilities. You can add notes like when you did insulin or ate carbs but you can't add any more details other than the time you did it at. You can't screenshot due to "the security settings". Canadians can't upload to Clarity. You can only see longer than 3 hours if you flip your phone to landscape view. Giving the app more functionality like those that xdrip has would be ideal, but right now it's pretty lame and pointless.

This app is extremely basic to make it easier for all users. However, they have not added enough customization options such as the ability to silence or delay notifications. Since this is used 24/7, that becomes highly irritating and difficult to appreciate the safety factor of the system. Inability to screenshot is not required but highly desirable so that not every friend or family member needs to download the follow app, which maxes at 5 followers. Love Dexcom, but the app needs work.

Needs improvement. biggest issue for me is the lack of control I have over notifications, sounds, and cost. total cost per month is a little high at 469 ish per month for sensor ($340) and a transmitter ($389 / 3= 126) every 3 months. No reason they can't make the transmitter batteries replaceable. I dont mind spending the $340 for sensors, its the transmitter that is ridiculous. needs to be more competative with others methods. G6 is coming, I advise anyone wanting this system to wait.

This app is a 5 star app on my Note 8, worked flawlessly. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with the Note 9 - my Note 8 broke and I was forced into a 9 and now I can't connect, I just get the message saying its not supported. It would be nice if the app displayed the message and at least let the application "attempt" to work, I'd be happy to pass by the message with a disclaimer and "I accept full responsibility" checkbox and hope for the best. Or better yet, I'd be happy to beta test it.
