App works as it should. I like the countdown timer to see when it's working and when it's paused. I only have 1 complaint which is why it gets 3 stars... you are limited to a min 5 second run time and max 900 second delay. I have a strong scent in the diffuser and I would like less run time and longer pause time, but cannot. Please update the app to allow and I will update to 5 stars.

Wifi control no good. Bluetooth works better. Will alarm in the middle of the night on wifi when I have unit scheduled to be off! Four loud beeps and a fifth later beep. Why? Any drop of WiFi signal or changes made by internet service providers through the router can cause these annoying beeps and irregular behavior. Not good. I'm close to returning the unit. App is not intuitive. On machine controls worse.

As an IT specialist, I was about to hand in my IT card after frustrating myself with trying to get Bluetooth or WiFi working. How can it possibly be this difficult? I tried loading the app on another phone and had the same experience. I never got it working so relented to just manage it from the device interface. Then I read the reviews here and feel a little better that I'm not alone in my experience. The app is completely useless. Good luck to anyone else trying to get this to work.

Customer support has been great. The App is finicky... You have to play with it to really understand how to set things up. Then it works pretty good. Please update the app to fix the animations when running and when not running. Thank you

App not working with device. I set the schedule and if app is off, then device does not work.

God, even their description about what's new when an update is available is lazy... Anyway, Wi-Fi control seems to be no good unless you're accessing the machine remotely. Use Bluetooth when you're in the house. It's much more responsive.
