This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Quitchet - Search. Communicate. Close. on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

This is Quitchet's 1st release of the mobile application. At this time, it is ONLY enabled for Beta use in the Greenville, SC geographic area.

Quitchet is for home buyers and sellers, agents*, and the agents’ managers*. Customers can browse and customize home searches, choosing basic or extensive filters. As potential homes are discovered, customers can connect and communicate with an Agent, conveniently scheduling showings for the properties that interest them. Save notes, photos and messages on each home. Easily compare by stacking similar view photos and features of favorite homes on one screen!


Quitchet’s seller features solve some of the biggest demands in residential real estate by allowing instantaneous showing status and feedback. These efficiencies do not stop mid-process; as a buyer finds just the right home, Quitchet closer is accessible right within the app. Closing documents, inspection details, correspondence and the scheduled dates are shared.


Listing agents always receive the inquiries unless the consumer has chosen to connect with a specific agent. Agents and managers track all showings and open houses, checking in and out automatically which creates reports and improves safety. Passing on or holding the keys has never felt this reassuring or gratifying.
