don't have an option for customer service. you make an order and then just wait. there is nothing to tell you what is happening with your order. it said 40 mins ago that i had recieved it but i am still waiting and i called the restaurant it doesnt even know if the order had left or not the restaurant itself 'taxi' has lazy workers.
