I tried to open it on my chromebook, it said two buttons: force stop and uninstal. There was no open button. This app needs some help

i was trying to use this on my chromebook. i clicked open to open the app after a few minute of waiting, it said it stopped. i tried again several more times and still said it has stopped. i didnt even get to open it. terrible
