Defeats the purpose of an app, what is the point of the GPS booking and tracking if they still have no idea where you are and after having driven straight past you the driver will then go picking up random and you will have to wait for another driver. Your fault though, never theirs.

Found the online app based card payment is more tedious and time consuming than nit using the app. Why cant you match the uber level of payment convenience ?
