App is nearly useless. After binding it loses connection within a day and is no longer able to bind without completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Customer service is nearly non-existant and utterly unhelpful, simply refusing to do anything about their non-functioning app making the physical BFA-15 device nothing more than a glorified watch.

Every few days I have to uninstall and reinstall the app and rebind it to my phone. This is a common problem apparently. The customer service refused to let me return a product that does not fulfill its basic purpose. In short don't bother with this product

Well, let's just say I'm glad I didn't spend any money on mine. The manual is not even remotely helpful and the device can't even keep a connection with my phone for more than half an hour. I should've chosen the powerbank as a gift instead...

The app won't find the bracelet while the Android bluetooth settings will but if I try to pair it that way it gets rejected. Tried on S7 and Sony Xperia.

Loses Bluetooth connection. Force close the app solves the problem.

When I want to start the app it say that app stopped working, but on my friends phone it works.
