Realy very good aap

I tried booking movie ticket with the reward points. I tried 3 times and all three times I got a "Invalid Request" message at the payment stage. Also, it says 4 rupees per 100 points, but I have 5363 points and only 728 rupees balance. Moreover, no points are getting accrued since February, even though I use my card regularly.
