The TYDOM has been sold me as a high-end French product. At this time I see good hardware and very old looking SW. About SW, here are my concerns: Very slow login, clumsy interface to schedule events (why not a web-browser interface to avoid the small screen of the mobile devices?) and programmed events (moments) not starting, at least for the heating. Very disappointing. Please do something about this poor application. If you need some inspiration, please take inspiration from NETATMO, they have a good application (for mobile phone and with very useful web interface for more complex programming tasks).

The app doesn't stay signed in which is very annoying as every time I open it I have to reconnect. There's no Indication of how long a moment lasts or if it lasts until the next moment. In my case the actions don't start as I programme them at all. Sometimes they start late or they start but don't do exactly what I set up. I realised later that the problem is that the time of the app is not the same as the real time. And it gets out of synch by itself. Is there any way to get it synch again?

some events do not update, very disappointed by the products and the app. they seem rushed and not well thought (like the surveillance camera that only allows live feed).

app does what's promised, and there is a reactive support team in case of problems. EDIT: still a happy user after 6 months of intensive use. Perfectly compatible with my shutters "France Fermeture". significantly better than the equivalent offer from Somfy.

With deprecating the config page, disallowing users to personalise the app. I believe users should be allowed to decide if they want to set up their ip by dhcp or fixed ip (ok, still can map specific ip to a MAC) but users should be allowed to connect via their own vpn and not only via deltadore servers. This forces users to provide access for deltadore to devices on their private networks without control.

Nice and simple. Easy to control my heating and lighting. And I can override the programme from anywhere, so I don't have to heat an empty house
