Very worst app, not responding, cheating the money, because my order number is 295747 ,your order confirmation mail is received, then after 10minutes I have call received from delivery star , that person speake to your order restaurant not work today so your order is canceled then your money four to five working days refund your account . So ok to proceed I spoked. I have received cancel maill. Five working days completed but my many not yet received . I call to customar care not res

After 2 hrs only they will deliver the food always. If the demand is high, they should increase the employees but they wont. It's not delivery star, it is delay star.

Just terrible...Other delivery apps like swiggy and zomato are way more cheap and they don't add high delivery charge like delivery star and moreover delivery star doesn't provide any offers on restaurants. There is no option to call the delivery executive and many features are totally needed. Usually swiggy and zomato delivers orders within 45 mins where delivery star is taking an order which barely has a lemonade to deliver with over a span of 1hr... I haven't seen such a terrible app...

It's good to have a such delivery service in Vellore. However couple of things could be better: Couldn't find a way to track the delivery process. Had ordered for 5 items of which only four we're delivered despite online payment. Also by the time food came, the place from which it was ordered shut for the day.... !! It was really annoying. Have already written you guys an email. Hope to have improved service fromnext order
