Péssimo atendimento, fiz um pedido e sem comunicação nenhuma ele simplesmente não chegou, o aplicativo mostrava " pedido confirmado" com uma estimativa de 50 minutos, esse tempo se passou e nada, nem uma mensagem, liguei ao dar 1h do pedido, e disseram q já estava sendo preparado e sairia pra entrega, foi marcado então q o pedido saiu pra entrega, horas se passaram e nada, nem uma mensagem pra dizer que foi cancelado. Isso já aconteceu 2 vezes.

Aplicativo ruim e contato para reclamações é péssimo. Meu último pedido veio 19 peças em vez de 36. Tive que ligar para reclamar e me obrigaram a mandar a foto da comida por whatsapp. O WhatsApp deles te obriga a responder umas opções todas confusas para preenchimento. Preferi ficar com o prejuízo. Desistalei o app e não faço mais compras com esses amadores.
